We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Civil Engineer to manage and oversee our residential construction projects in Mohali, Chandigarh, and surrounding areas. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution, site supervision, quality control, and coordination with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete execution of construction projects from start to finish
- Supervise site work, contractors, and labor teams
- Ensure quality control and adherence to drawings & specifications
- Manage project timelines, materials, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, clients, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / Diploma)
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in residential construction
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing work, and site execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on experience)
