Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and contractors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area and maintain the visitor register.
- Coordinate courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and document dispatch.
- Schedule meetings, maintain appointment calendars, and arrange meeting rooms.
- Receive and distribute project-related documents, quotations, invoices, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records, files, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Accounts, and Project teams for day-to-day administrative activities.
- Monitor office supplies and raise purchase requests when required.
- Support management with general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Administrative Assistant.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude, pleasant personality, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple departments.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
