We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical CA Dropout / Semi-Qualified CA to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance. This role offers excellent exposure to end-to-end finance operations and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and tax professionals.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Analyze financial data and identify process improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- CA Dropout / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or ERP software is preferred.
