Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven, and career-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our Pune team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, converting leads into admissions, and achieving monthly enrollment targets through effective communication and relationship management. Similar EdTech BDE and admission counselor roles commonly focus on lead handling, student counseling, follow-ups, CRM management, and admissions conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls generated through company-provided leads.
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding online and distance education programs.
- Understand candidates' educational background, career goals, and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain university offerings, fee structures, scholarships, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and SMS.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students for referrals and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the admission and operations team for smooth enrollment.
- Participate in training sessions and sales strategy discussions.
- Generate referrals and cross-sell programs whenever applicable.

Eligibility
- Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
- 0–3 years of experience in EdTech, Education Counseling, Telecalling, BPO, Sales, or Business Development.
- Candidates with Online Education/University admission experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
