Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and integration of Selenium with various testing tools.
- Experience in maintaining and enhancing test automation suites to improve coverage and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
