Job Title: AC Technician
Location: Adalaj, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Job Responsibilities – AC Technician (Head Office & University)
The AC Technician will be responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all air-conditioning and HVAC systems at the Head Office and University campuses located at Adalaj, Chandkheda.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of air-conditioning and HVAC equipment.
- Conducting routine preventive maintenance to ensure efficient system performance.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults in AC units, chillers, ducting systems, and related equipment.
- Attending service complaints and resolving breakdowns in a timely manner.
- Ensuring uninterrupted cooling operations across all assigned locations.
- Maintaining service logs, maintenance records, and equipment history sheets.
- Coordinating with external vendors and service providers for major repairs and annual maintenance contracts.
- Monitoring spare parts inventory and recommending procurement when required.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, operational standards, and company policies.
- Supporting energy-efficient operation of HVAC systems and recommending improvements where necessary.
- Performing any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the Management.
Qualification:
- ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) or Air Conditioner Technician Trade.
OR
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / HVAC Technology.
Experience:
- Relevant experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of AC/HVAC systems will be preferred.
