Role Overview
This is an ownership-driven role where you'll be responsible for growing our online presence, managing paid marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
We're looking for someone who understands the international fashion market and knows how to market premium products strategically rather than simply spending advertising budgets.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Assist in creating and managing TikTok Ads campaigns.
- Support Google Ads campaigns.
- Build high-converting sales funnels for premium fashion products.
- Monitor campaign performance daily.
- Optimize ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM and Conversion Rate.
- Create retargeting campaigns for website visitors and abandoned carts.
- Understand Meta Pixel, Conversion API and event tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences and campaign strategies.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Social Media Management
Manage and grow our presence across:
- Instagram

- Pinterest (preferred)

Content Creation
Create authentic, premium brand content including:
- Behind-the-scenes videos
- Embroidery process
- Craftsmanship stories

- Trend-based Reels
- TikTok content
- Short-form storytelling videos
Edit videos using:
- CapCut
- Premiere Pro (optional)
- Other editing tools
Repurpose one shoot into multiple content formats.
Note: Professional campaign shoots, model shoots and lookbook photography will be handled externally. Your responsibility is to maximize content from day-to-day brand activities and support campaign execution.
Website & E-commerce Marketing
- Coordinate Shopify website updates.
- Suggest landing page improvements.
- Improve website conversion rate.
- Optimize product pages.
- Support email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations.
- Help improve customer journey and user experience.
International Fashion Marketing
A good understanding of international fashion marketing is highly preferred.
