PLANNING & PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Vividh Wires is looking for a highly motivated candidate for the position of Planning & Procurement Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, maintaining and timely revising of purchase policy in alignment with organisational goals.
- Responsible for timely order placement, supply & demand alignment, material replenishment, and supplier performance.
- Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance
- Developing and implementing profitable sourcing strategies
- Preparation of Periodical MIS reports as per business requirement.
- Should be able to actively monitor inventory levels of various items, and ensure zero disruption in production by timely procurement of all critical items
- Be able to monitor and analyse supplier performance
Desired Qualifications / Skill Set:
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality
- Candidates having 3 to 5 years of experience & manufacturing industry background will be preferred.
- Highly motivated, organised individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Must be an excellent negotiator and able to drive cost savings for the company
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments at any given time
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve processes
- High levels of integrity and impeccable attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
