What you will do:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients
- Conduct regular client meetings (both virtual and in-person)
- Handle field visits for client servicing and business development
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in client-facing roles or field sales will be an added advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field work
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Basic understanding of sales and client servicing processes
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
