About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to support the daily backend operations of our hotel. The candidate will coordinate reservations, vendor management, guest follow-ups, documentation, and internal administrative activities to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle backend administrative operations for the hotel
- Coordinate and follow up on room reservations and booking confirmations
- Maintain reservation records and update booking systems
- Communicate with guests regarding confirmations, payments, and special requests
- Manage vendor coordination, purchase follow-ups, and service scheduling
- Maintain invoices, bills, and vendor documentation
- Support front office and operations teams with backend tasks
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Handle emails, calls, and internal communication professionally
- Maintain files, records, and operational documents accurately
- Assist management in coordinating maintenance and operational requirements
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks and operational issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- 1–3 years experience in hotel administration, operations, or backend support preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel reservation processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email handling, and basic reporting
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle follow-ups efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospitality or hotel industry
- Vendor management and coordination experience
- Familiarity with booking/reservation software is an advantage
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
