We are looking for an eCommerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Handle online customer queries (Website, WhatsApp & Social Media)
- Manage and grow our social media accounts
- Create basic content/posts using Canva or similar tools
- Track ad performance and coordinate with the team
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media
- Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce is a plus
- Freshers with relevant skills are welcome
