What You’ll Do
- Build and engage a community of freelance designers and developers
- Build and implement promotional strategies to increase users on platform.
- Explore partnerships with relevant organizations, platforms, and creators
- Manage and coordinate with Frelo city community chapters in Mumbai , Kochi and other chapters team for events, workshops, and virtual/in-person meetups.
- Coordinate in expanding Frelo city community chapters
- Collaborate with brands for potential sponsorships, campaigns, or collaborations
- Develop and execute a content strategy for Frelo’s blog, social media, and newsletters
- Gather feedback from the community and share insights with the team
You’re a great fit if you
- Are you ready to fail and build on the failure
- Are active in or familiar with freelance / any other type of communities
- Have experience managing or growing online communities (Discord, Slack, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Have solid communication and organizational skills
- Are proactive, self-driven, and love connecting people
- Bonus: You’ve organized events or meetups (online or offline)
