Job DescriptionAbout the Role
Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor for our Gurgaon projects. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in RCC structure work, including Sariya and Shuttering activities, along with daily site execution and labor management.
The ideal candidate must be capable of independently handling site activities, coordinating with contractors, maintaining execution quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
- Monitor RCC structure work, including Sariya, Shuttering, and concrete execution
- Manage labor teams and coordinate with contractors/vendors
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, timelines, and quality standards
- Maintain worker attendance and daily progress reports
- Coordinate material requirements and site execution planning
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and discipline
- Share daily site updates, execution photos, and progress reports with management
- Support billing measurements and site documentation
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of site supervision experience
- Must have experience in:
- RCC Structure Work
- Sariya Work
- Shuttering Work
- Experience handling labor contractors and site teams
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Good communication and coordination skills
