Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Localization Project & Production Manager to handle end-to-end execution of high-volume translation and localization projects. The role requires strong leadership, workflow management, and experience with AI-driven tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end localization projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Design workflows, estimate effort, and allocate resources efficiently
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, linguists, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality and compliance standards
- Handle vendor management, negotiations, costing, and payments
- Build and manage teams based on project needs
- Identify risks and ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain strong client and vendor relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years of experience in localization/translation project management (government or high-volume projects preferred)
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Experience in vendor management and budgeting
Technical Skills
- Tools: HubSpot, Jira (or similar project management tools)
- CAT Tools: Smartcat, SDL Trados
- QA Tools: Verifika, Xbench
- Communication: Slack, Flock
- Knowledge of AI/ML tools (ChatGPT, AWS, Cloud APIs) in localization workflows
Core Skills
- Expertise in translation, transcription, subtitling, and A/V localization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Strong process optimization and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
