Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to manage and optimize the organization's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, enhancing customer engagement processes, generating insightful reports, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure effective CRM utilization across business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Monitor customer data, leads, inquiries, and interactions across various touchpoints.
- Generate regular CRM reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Track lead conversion, customer engagement, and sales performance metrics.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless CRM workflows.
- Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain database integrity.
- Support CRM campaigns, customer outreach initiatives, and retention activities.
- Assist in CRM process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Train and support team members on CRM best practices and system usage.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and organizational data management policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM management, customer support operations, sales coordination, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in customer lifecycle management and lead tracking.
- Understanding of CRM automation, workflows, and reporting tools.
