Job Summary:
HyreSpot is looking for an active and motivated Field Recruiter to handle on-ground hiring and sourcing in your local area. You will be responsible for finding candidates through direct field visits, college and institute tie-ups, and online channels, and helping them till they join. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who want to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Do regular field visits to local areas, colleges, training centers, job fairs and placement centers to generate new candidates
- Meet candidates directly and check their qualification, skills, job interest and readiness to join
- Plan and execute walk-in drives, local hiring campaigns and bulk hiring activities
- Handle end-to-end candidate journey - screening, interview coordination with internal team, documentation and onboarding support
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with colleges, institutes and local talent networks
- Maintain candidate database in our portal and share daily/weekly reports on sourcing, interviews and joining status
- Track local job market - salary trends, talent availability and competitor hiring
- Have to travel to Madurai, Dindigul and Theni
Requirements:
- Education: Any Bachelor's Degree. Degree in HR / Business Administration is an added advantage
- Experience: Freshers welcome. 0-3 years experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Field Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Support preferred
- Must be comfortable with extensive travel within your assigned territory
- Good communication, convincing and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email and job portals
- Fluency in local language and English preferred
