Role President- Corporate Communication Level as per Org Chart 01 Function: Corporate Communication Sub Function Corporate Communication Location: Bhat Estimated total of direct and indirect reports 01 Reporting to (Administrative Manager) CMD (Functional Manager) Principal Accountability: Major Purpose of the Job: • Reputation Management: Developing and protecting the corporate brand identity and managing the public perception of the group globally. • Media Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with mainstream, financial, and trade media to ensure positive coverage and "Share of Voice." • Crisis Communication: Acting as the lead strategist for communication during emergencies, operational crises, or negative publicity to mitigate brand damage. • Internal Communication: Ensuring employees are aligned with corporate goals through effective internal newsletters, town halls, and digital intranets. • Leadership Positioning: Managing the public profiles of the CEO and senior leadership through speaking engagements, thought-leadership articles, and prestigious awards. • ESG & CSR Communication: Highlighting the company’s sustainability and social responsibility initiatives to investors and the public. Principal Tasks and Responsibilities: • Communication Strategy: Designing and executing an integrated communication plan that aligns with the overall business objectives and quarterly targets. • Press & Editorial Content: Overseeing the creation of high-quality press releases, annual report narratives, executive speeches, and official holding statements. • Digital PR & Social Media: Managing the corporate website content and official social media handles (LinkedIn/Twitter) to ensure a consistent, professional global voice. • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinating with the Investor Relations team to manage communication for quarterly results, AGMs, and analyst meets. • Agency Management: Leading and evaluating PR agencies, creative firms, and event management partners to ensure high ROI and quality deliverables. • Media Monitoring: Implementing tools to track media sentiment and providing monthly reports on brand health and competitor activities. • Brand Governance: Ensuring 100% adherence to corporate brand guidelines (logo usage, tone of voice) across all business units and overseas offices. • Event Oversight: Leading the communication strategy for high-profile corporate events, product launches, and international press conferences.
