Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and achieve monthly revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, along with a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through inbound and outbound leads.
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
- Deliver compelling project presentations and investment consultations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions.
- Negotiate pricing and close property transactions.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, accounts, and operations teams for seamless documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM daily.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Mentor junior sales executives and support the sales team whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or a similar sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
