JOB DESCRIPTION – INK MIXING OPERATOR

Job Responsibilities:
1. Mix printing inks as per production requirements and approved colour samples.
2. Prepare inks for Flexo Printing, Screen Printing, Rotary Printing, Heat Transfer Printing, and other printing processes.
3. Check colour shade, thickness, and quality of the ink before giving it for production.
4. Maintain proper records of ink preparation and ink usage.
5. Handle ink mixing machines, weighing scales, and related tools carefully.
6. Store inks, solvents, and chemicals properly in the assigned area.
7. Inform the supervisor if any raw material is running short.
8. Follow company SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards.
9. Keep the ink mixing area clean and organized.
10. Avoid ink wastage and colour mixing mistakes.
11. Coordinate with production and quality teams for urgent requirements.
12. Use safety items like gloves, masks, safety shoes, and aprons while working.
13. Report any machine problem, colour issue, or safety concern to the supervisor immediately.
Eligibility:1. Experience in ink mixing or printing industry is preferred.
2. Experience in label printing or packaging printing industry will be an added advantage.
3. Basic knowledge of colour matching and printing inks is preferred.
4. SSLC / PUC / ITI or experienced candidates can apply.
5. Candidates should be willing to work in shifts.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
