We are looking for a frontend engineer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the main frontend development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

Through the utility of NFT’s, the developing GameFi business model, and the simplicity of a browser extension, we’re creating digital life that fosters a genuine sense of virtual companionship. All of this is packaged in a small digital pet that lives on your screen, that you will grow to love.
We are much more than a browser extension. It is the first step to bringing life to the Metaverse. The Meta could easily be a very stale, boring, and dull place that is used for advertisements, work, and novel gimmicks. But it can be so much more, if we add compassion. I can't think of a better place to bring life to the meta than with mans best friend, a dog, or pet for that matter. We give a peek into how we can begin to live a life that is half reality, half in the meta. We then will slowly merge these two, to allow a truly immersive experience that makes you're companion to the metaverse.
Based in Singapore, we are a remote-friendly company with the possibility to work both off and on location.
What we’ll accomplish together
- Make every user interaction with our product a delightful and polished experience.
- Contribute to the ideation, technical design, implementation, and testing of product features.
- Improve technical skills and share knowledge with the rest of the team.
- Adopt best practices in software development and refine our workflow.
- Ship features with the users in mind and strive to provide them with a great experience.
- Identify areas where our technical stack can be improved, prioritize them with the team, and contribute to their implementation.
A little about you
- Proven experience as a frontend engineer or similar role
- Experience developing web frontend, experience in chrome extension is a plus
- Familiarity with common stacks
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
- Knowledge of low level of HTML5 functionalities, event bubbling, DOM manipulations, Canvas
- Familiarity with Concurrency, Race Conditions, RxJS, Observables
- Familiarity with Socket.io, Firebase, Realtime GraphQL
- BS/MS in engineering, computer science or a related field.
- Proven experience designing, implementing and software.
- Positive outlook and interest in blockchain and crypto
- Can collaborate with marketing, product, and design to move the product forward.
- Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills
