Job Title: Project Manager – Civil Engineering

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Civil Engineer to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and timely delivery of projects while ensuring quality, safety, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of civil construction projects.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and billing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Review and approve BOQs, vendor quotations, and material procurement.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to management.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely project completion within budget and scope.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- PMP Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction projects
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial projects preferred
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects
Additional Requirements:
- Strong site execution experience
- Ability to manage teams, vendors, and subcontractors
- Willingness to travel to project sites
