Position: Project Head (Interior & Civil Projects)
Location: Malappuram, Kerala
Experience: 15–30 Years
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head to lead and oversee large-scale interior fit-out and civil construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in project planning, execution, interior design coordination, budgeting, vendor management, and team leadership, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- 15–30 years of experience in civil, interior fit-out, or related projects.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale commercial, retail, hospitality, or corporate interior projects.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management.
- Willingness to travel across project locations in india as required.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
