CocoLuxe Stays is a premium vacation rental and Airbnb management company. We manage luxury apartments and villas across Pune, delivering exceptional guest experiences from booking to check-out.
We're looking for a friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and ensuring every guest has a smooth and memorable stay.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest bookings and inquiries through Airbnb, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Respond to guest messages promptly and professionally.
- Guide guests through the check-in process.
- Share property details, directions, and house rules before arrival.
- Call guests during their stay to ensure everything is comfortable.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams whenever required.
- Send check-out reminders and assist guests during departure.
- Visit properties before guest check-in to ensure they are clean, fully set up, and guest-ready.
- Visit properties after check-out to inspect cleanliness and report any damages or missing items.
- Collect guest feedback and encourage satisfied guests to leave positive reviews.
- Maintain booking records and coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Comfortable speaking with guests over calls and messages.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable traveling to different properties across Pune.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with hospitality, hotel, customer service, Airbnb, or front office experience will have an added advantage.
