The key responsibilities of Accounts Executive may include:
Ø Expense Management: Monitor and manage the organization's expenses by recording, tracking, and categorizing all financial transactions.
Ø Employee Reimbursements: Process employee expense claims and ensures timely reimbursement in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ø Financial Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including receipts, invoices, and payment documentation.
Ø Bookkeeping: Record financial transactions in the appropriate ledgers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
Ø Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses as required by management or regulatory bodies.
Ø Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payment.
Ø Budgeting Support: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets, providing financial insights and analysis as needed.
Ø Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards, including tax regulations, internal controls, and auditing requirements.
Ø Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on cost-saving opportunities, expense trends, and budget variances.
Ø Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, employees, and stakeholders to address financial queries, provide guidance, and promote financial awareness.
Ø Multitasking work: As required sometimes you have to perform multiple works assigned by your superioriors.
