We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, capable of handling architectural drawings independently, and willing to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
* Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
* Assist in concept development, space planning, and design presentations.
* Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.
* Visit project sites to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
* Prepare material specifications and assist in material selection.
* Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and local building regulations.
* Revise drawings based on client feedback and site conditions.
* Maintain proper documentation of project drawings and revisions.
* Complete assigned tasks within project timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
* 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
* Good knowledge of construction details and materials.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Immediate joiners and candidates currently residing in Bengaluru are preferred.
