- Machine Adjustments: Physically set and adjust roller mills (roll gaps, pressure, feed rates) and sifter sieves to control the granularity and quality of the flour.
- Wheat Conditioning: Oversee the washing, dampening, and tempering time of raw wheat to achieve perfect moisture levels before grinding.
- Extraction Control: Constantly monitor mill streams, ash content, and extraction rates to maximize yield while minimizing waste.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues in the mill flow by analyzing the texture, color, and behavior of the stock at various stages of milling.
