Operations Executive – Catering Services

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and coordinate day-to-day operations for a leading catering services organization in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service delivery across multiple sites while maintaining operational efficiency, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily catering operations across assigned locations.
- Ensure timely delivery of food services as per client requirements.
- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and shift scheduling.
- Coordinate with kitchen, stores, procurement, and site teams for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality and compliance with company standards.
- Address operational issues and escalate concerns when required.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in inventory monitoring and consumption tracking.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
- Support client relationship management and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in catering, hospitality, food services, facility management, or related industries.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and operational activities simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad as required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in catering operations or hospitality services.
- Knowledge of manpower management and vendor coordination.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
