Job Summary
Bizzoppo Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a friendly, well-spoken, and customer-oriented Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage the front office and handle customer calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, attending inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with the design team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, visitors, and vendors professionally.
- Manage the reception desk and maintain a pleasant office environment.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and client appointments.
Telecalling
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Contact potential customers generated through website, social media, advertisements, and other marketing campaigns.
- Explain the company's interior design services and schedule appointments for the design team.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and inquiries.
- Maintain customer records and update lead details in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status reports.
Administrative Support
- Assist with basic administrative and coordination activities.
- Support the management team with day-to-day office operations as required
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain customer records accurately.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Customer Service.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
