Job Summary
Ferromonk Steel Structure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Supervisor to oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or PEB industries and possess sound knowledge of material handling, stock control, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimum stock levels.
- Handle inward and outward material entries, GRNs, challans, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments for timely material availability.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Implement FIFO practices and minimize material losses and wastage.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure adherence to safety standards within the store.
- Support ERP/MIS activities and maintain proper records.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in store and inventory management.
- Experience in PEB, Steel Structure, Fabrication, Engineering, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of inventory control procedures and material management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
