Full Job Description
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our growing retail team across Kochi, Bangalore, and Kannur.
The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, watch, jewellery, footwear, eyewear, or premium retail and possess a strong passion for sales and customer service.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an excellent shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash management.
- Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and after-sales support professionally.
- Follow company policies and retail SOPs.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in fashion, watches, jewellery, footwear, eyewear, accessories, or premium retail is mandatory.
- Watch industry experience will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
