- Look after day-to-day Production activities for entire plant Production.
- Responsible for implementation and maintaining ERP – Odoo – Production, Quality, Tools and Inventory module
- Responsible for maintaining all production data in the factory for all products.
- Making requisition for items required for entire plant.
- Maintain required spares for your departments
- Training for skill & unskilled worker.
- Help purchase department to select and develop Vendors if required
- Co – ordinate with other dept. / sections.
- Develop inter-personnel relationships within organization and with all interested parties.
- Ensure implementation of 5S program & Kaizen.

- Increase productivities for your areas by implementing Kaizen, motivating work force, change in layout or modifications of equipment if required.
- Help General Manager for smooth working and achieving organizational targets.
- To implement 7 QC (Quality Control), 5S, 8D & PPAP tools & maintained records.
- Inspection of Incoming materials including RM, in-process material, finished products & sub-contracted jobs inspection.
- Timely calibration of all measuring equipment in production as well as QC department. Maintain calibration history register. Also verify and certify calibration certificates received from calibration vendor.
- Report & analyze non-conforming product and make suitable arrangement to control non-conforming product.
- Assist General Manager & Director in defining process parameters.
- Coordinate with department’s head of production, marketing, finance, & CEO for customer complaints.
- Carry on and face external, internal, customers as well as third party audit for QMS system for QC departments.
- To visit customer for quality complaint & also arrange quality circle meeting with QC team members
- To maintain properly all internal and external standards and guide and educate marketing department/Customer related to product standard requirements
- To carry out in-house Testing related activities like Hardness, UTM or any other test as specified by Quality plan for Raw Material, in process as well as finished goods
- To send samples and coordinate with NABL labs for all testing requirements.
- To maintain records for all inspection, testing and other records as required for serving our customers
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
