We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Visual Merchandising to lead our creative VM team and execute innovative visual merchandising concepts for retail brands, mall activations, festivals, seasonal campaigns, and brand launches. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality concepts within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Visual Merchandising team to deliver creative concepts for retail and experiential projects.
- Develop visual merchandising strategies for festivals, seasonal campaigns, mall activations, and brand launches.
- Manage project briefs and ensure timely delivery of production-ready concepts.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide creative guidance.
- Ensure concepts meet client expectations and achieve high approval rates.
- Drive the adoption of AI tools for creative concept development and improve workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Creative, and Clients.
- Maintain a forward calendar for upcoming campaigns and seasonal activities.
- Identify project risks and proactively resolve timeline or execution challenges.
