We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Cold Calling Sales Executive to generate qualified B2B leads through outbound calling and appointment setting.
## Key Responsibilities
* Conduct 80–120 outbound cold calls daily to potential business customers.
* Identify decision-makers including CTOs, CIOs, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, QA Managers, and Founders.
* Introduce AppTestify's software testing and QA services.
* Generate qualified sales opportunities and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
* Maintain accurate records of all conversations in the CRM.
* Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
* Understand customer pain points and identify opportunities for AppTestify's services.
* Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
* Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns.
* Keep track of competitors and industry trends.

## Required Skills
* Excellent spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
* Strong communication and persuasion skills.
* Experience in cold calling and B2B lead generation.
* Ability to handle objections confidently.
* Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.).
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
* Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
* Experience selling IT services, SaaS products, or software development services.
* Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
