We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training & development, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will help build a productive workforce while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR records.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Identify training needs and organize learning initiatives.
- Maintain employee documentation, and confidential records.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and manpower planning.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing requirements.
- Manage HR budgets, vendor coordination, and HR administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA (HR), MSW (HR), or PG Diploma in HR is preferred.
Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Prior experience in corporate office operations is preferred.
