Procure food, beverages, bar items, consumables, and maintenance supplies as per club requirements • Source and negotiate with approved vendors to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery • Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain vendor documentation • Ensure purchases align with approved budgets and club policies Store & Inventory Management • Oversee receiving, storage, and issuing of all club materials • Maintain stock levels for F&B outlets, bar, housekeeping, and engineering supplies • Ensure proper storage standards, FIFO/FEFO practices, and stock rotation • Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile variances Cost Control & Reporting • Monitor daily consumption and support food & beverage cost control • Track wastage, breakage, and pilferage and report discrepancies • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly purchase and inventory reports • Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payments
