Job Title: Head cashier
Job Summary:
As the Head Cashier, you will oversee all cashiering functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the checkout areas. You will be responsible for supervising a team of cashiers, maintaining accurate cash handling procedures, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with management to ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Ensure all cash handling and register transactions are accurate and in compliance with company policies.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Monitor cash register functions and resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Previous experience in a cashier or supervisory role is preferred.
Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
