About the role
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, and refrigeration systems across commercial, institutional, and residential projects in Kerala. The candidate will work on routine servicing, breakdown support, and project installations in a safe and professional manner.
Key responsibilities
- Install, service, and troubleshoot HVAC systems (split, ducted, VRF/VRF‑based, chilled water, etc.) as per project requirements.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and associated controls.
- Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, and recovery as per safety standards.
- Support new HVAC project installations, including pipe‑fitting, ducting, and electrical coordination with site teams.
- Maintain accurate service records, checklists, and job reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company SOPs, and environmental norms while working at heights and with electrical equipment.
- Coordinate with site managers, clients, and internal teams to complete jobs within timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications and experience
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air‑Conditioning or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC installation and maintenance (residential/commercial projects preferred).
- Familiarity with VRF/VRV systems, chilled water plants, and hospital/commercial building systems is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and own two‑wheeler (for site visits across Kerala) is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical controls, PLCs, and building automation systems is added advantage.
