Role Description
The Executive – Finance and Accounts is a full-time, on-site role based at Thoraipakkam, Chennai.
This role is responsible for :
-All controllership activities, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, invoice processing, reconciliation of accounts, account closing, and providing audited accounts to stakeholders on time.

-Compliance : Ensuring timely payment and filing of returns related to Income Tax (IT), GST, and other statutory remittances, and providing periodic compliance/audit reports related to statutory payments
-Financial Planning and Analysis : Providing financial forecasts and monthly reporting against forecasts, and helping the business achieve its goals, providing cash flow estimates and managing cash flow, in a compliant manner
Qualifications
-Strong finance and accounting skills, including experience with financial statements and budgeting in the capital goods manufacturing industry.
-Hands-on knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Income Tax (IT), including filings, compliance, documentation, audits, and appeals.
-Ability to collaborate with Sales and Manufacturing teams to manage cash flow.
-Proficiency with Tally accounting software and MS Office.
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
-Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
