Pie Builders & Developers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), monitoring budgets, and ensuring effective cost control throughout the construction process. You will work closely with architects, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of construction methods and materials, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cost estimation, billing, and project documentation.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
