Roles & Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Reach out to influencers through email, direct messages, and professional networking platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from onboarding to execution and reporting.
- Negotiate collaboration terms within approved budgets.
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports using relevant metrics.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging content ideas for social media and influencer collaborations.
- Manage social media calendars and coordinate timely content publishing.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer opportunities.
- Support SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Influencer Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or SEO is an added advantage.
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Eligibility
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Candidates with internship experience, certifications, or personal marketing projects will be preferred.
- Passion for social media, influencer trends, branding, and digital growth.
