- Own End-to-End Onboarding: Serve as the primary point of contact to unlock brand approvals, category manager alignments, and legal documentation (GST, FSSAI, Legal Metrology) across Q-Commerce and E-Commerce platforms.
- Manage Commercials & Distribution: Negotiate margins, terms of trade (ToT), listing fees, and secure optimal "dark store" or fulfillment center mapping across Delhi NCR.
- Drive Supply Chain Alignment: Set up the client’s inventory replenishment cycles to match strict platform fill-rate metrics and prevent stockouts.
- Launch Performance Marketing: Plan and execute initial platform-sponsored ads (e.g., Blinkit/Zepto PPC, Amazon Sponsored Brands) to ensure Day-1 visibility.
Resource 2: Junior Cataloging & Operations Associate
- Core Skill Set: Bulk data uploading, flat-file optimization, basic graphic editing (Photoshop/Canva), SEO copywriting, and inventory tracking.
- Job Description (JD):
- Execute Listings: Draft, format, and upload platform-specific flat files, ensuring accurate product dimensions, HSN codes, and ingredients.
- Optimize Digital Shelf: Write keyword-optimized product titles, descriptions, and bullets tailored for quick discovery in localized Delhi NCR searches.
- Manage Visual Assets: Coordinate with photographers to format images, infographics, and A+ content to match exact platform specifications (e.g., white backgrounds, exact pixel ratios).
- Monitor Operational Dashboards: Track daily order processing, manage tickets for listing rejections, and monitor stock levels across active seller portals.
