Salary: Fixed Salary (Based on Experience) + Timely Salary Payment

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in B2B and corporate sales, and the ability to generate business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Handle B2B and Corporate Sales by connecting with senior-level professionals and decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and business discussions to promote company services.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Manage and update CRM systems, maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Follow up on prospects and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Proficiency in CRM handling and sales pipeline management.
Ability to communicate confidently with senior management and high-designation professionals.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Lead Generation:
The company will provide a database of potential leads; however, candidates should also be capable of generating their own leads and building a strong sales pipeline independently.
