Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of GMP
- Practical exposure in food packing technologies
- Keen observation skills and instinctive troubleshooting of machine breakdowns
Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma : Mechanical / electrical / any other branch with relevant experience in Food Packing Industry
- 3-5 years of Experience in operating FFS packing machines
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operating packing machines : Form Fill Seal Machine (FFS)
- Operating ribbon blender & cone blender
- Should achieve the production & packing target as decided by the authority
- Trouble shooting during the machine breakdown
- Should follow weekly machine cleaning procedure
- Weekly preventive maintenance schedule
- Machine related documents filling
- Should keep a track on the accessories, spares and consumables required for the machines & to be escalated to reporting authority for purchase activities
- Should train the other worker to carry out the machine operation in his absence
- Documentation of machine usage as well the machine breakdown history
- Should follow the GMP in the production facility
- Should coordinate with the machine supplier for repair & maintenance
- Should ensure the food safety of the product: Sealing, Nitrogen filling, coding etc
- Ensure the minimum wastage in production
- Should share the innovative ideas to fully utilize the machine’s design capacity
- Should coordinate with other allied departments : Quality control, logistics & purchase
- Effective planning & utilization of machineries to reduce the cost of production to achieve the business objective
- Should maintain the quality and hygiene practices in the production unit.
- Should follow the FIFO for RM & PM
Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
