Job Description:
V8 Realtors is looking for a motivated Home Loan Executive to manage home loan processing, customer coordination, documentation, and banking relationships. The candidate should have experience in home loan sales, mortgage, or banking and be able to handle loan cases from application to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with home loan products and eligibility.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing.
- Handle documentation, verification, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.
- Maintain customer and banking relationships.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, or Banking Sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
