Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and are seated promptly while maintaining smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and service team to optimize table turnover and guest flow.
- Answer phone calls, handle reservation inquiries, and provide accurate information about the restaurant.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
- Assist guests with special requests and resolve minor concerns professionally.
- Monitor dining room capacity and communicate seating updates to the service team.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy service periods.
- Basic computer and reservation system knowledge is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
