Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and clear-thinking Creative Project Manager to orchestrate the delivery of our branding, digital, and interactive design projects.
In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our studio. You will sit at the intersection of client relations, design, and development—ensuring that complex brand strategies, high-fidelity visual assets, and custom digital platforms are delivered flawlessly, on time, and within scope. If you are an expert at managing timelines, mitigating scope creep, and maintaining a calm, structured environment for creative teams to thrive in, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Lifecycle Management
- Define, map, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of branding projects, from initial client onboarding and strategy to visual identity creation, web development, and final handoff.
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, scopes of work (SOWs), timelines, and milestones, utilizing project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Notion).
- Allocate creative resources efficiently, ensuring design, motion, and front-end development tracks are optimally staffed and not bottlenecked.
2. Client Relationship & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, setting realistic expectations, and delivering status updates throughout the project.
- Schedule and facilitate key client touchpoints, including discovery sessions, creative alignment workshops, and design presentation decks.
- Translate complex client feedback into clear, actionable, and structured task briefs for the creative and technical teams.
3. Scope & Budget Control
- Monitor project scope rigorously to prevent scope creep; draft change orders and negotiate budget adjustments when project requirements evolve.
- Track project hours, material/asset expenses, and vendor costs to maximize studio profitability.
- Oversee third-party collaborations, including print vendors, copywriters, or specialized 3D visualizers, ensuring their deliverables meet the firm's strict quality standards.
4. Agile Workflow Optimization
- Run daily stand-ups or weekly syncs to keep designers, motion specialists, and developers aligned on priorities.
- Help bridge the gap between creative asset finalization and technical deployment, ensuring smooth handoffs between designers and engineering.
- Identify operational bottlenecks in the studio workflow and continuously implement modern project management frameworks to resolve them.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Design Management, or a related field (or equivalent proven experience).
- Experience: 3–5+ years of project management experience, specifically within a creative agency, branding firm, or digital design studio.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the creative process, including brand strategy, typography workflows, prepress setup, motion design timelines, and front-end development/UI handoff standards.
- Technical Skill Mastery:
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard PM tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira).
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Figma, Notion, Slack).
- Experience building and maintaining detailed project tracking dashboards, spreadsheet templates, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) or budget sheets.
- Bonus: PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification is a strong asset.
Soft Skills & Core Competencies
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to remain firm yet empathetic, balancing client desires with the studio’s creative boundaries and capacity.
- Highly Organized: A natural ability to bring order to chaos. You are obsessed with documentation, checklists, and clear folder structures.
- Problem-Solver Mentality: When a deadline is at risk or a client introduces unexpected variables, you stay calm and immediately construct practical alternative solutions.
- Design Literacy: While you don't need to be a designer, you must have an appreciation for clean aesthetics, premium branding, and user-experience logic to communicate effectively with the team.

- A central, influential role in shaping the studio's operational future and client relationships.
- A collaborative, high-standard environment working alongside elite designers and web engineers.
