Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic Fund Manager to manage fund flow and raise investments for our real estate projects. The candidate should be capable of sourcing funds from investors and ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fund flow and financial planning for projects
- Identify and develop funding sources (investors, partners, HNIs)
- Raise funds for plot-based and project-based developments
- Build and maintain strong investor relationships
- Coordinate with management on investment strategies
- Monitor cash flow, returns, and fund utilization
Required Skills
- Strong network with investors / financial sources
- Knowledge of real estate funding models
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple funding channels
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
