CTRLRoom Systems is looking for responsible, disciplined, and execution-focused individuals to join our team as Field & Operations Executive. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling on-ground coordination, campaign operations, event execution, and communication management in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate on-ground coverage during events, public meetings, and campaigns
- Manage collection and transfer of photos, videos, and field updates to CTRLRoom
- Maintain folder structures, drive organization, reports, and documentation systems
- Coordinate with media, content, and operations teams for smooth execution
- Support event planning, logistics coordination, and execution management
- Ensure proper communication flow between field teams and office operations
- Assist in handling urgent campaign and event requirements
Skills Preferred:
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-ground during events and fast-paced campaign environments
- Responsible, disciplined, and execution-focused mindset
- Basic understanding of media workflows and communication systems
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Sheets, and reporting tools is a plus
- Ability to manage teams and field communication effectively
