AVG Modulars is a modular solutions company focused on delivering high-quality, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces. We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution and ensure projects are completed smoothly, efficiently, and according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for modular kitchen, wardrobe, and interior installation projects.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved designs, measurements, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other site workers.
- Monitor the quality of materials, fittings, installation, and finishing work.
- Take and verify site measurements before and during execution.
- Plan and monitor daily work schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and utilisation of materials at the site.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding site progress and requirements, wherever required.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure proper finishing before project handover.
- Maintain daily site reports, work updates, material requirements, and progress records.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the worksite.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in site supervision, modular furniture, interior execution, carpentry, or related work.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
