Location: Salt Lake Sector 3 HA block, Kolkata
Levanilla Patisserie is looking for an energetic, responsible, and sales-oriented Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our bakery outlet and ensure smooth store functioning and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bakery store.
- Hire, train, supervise, and manage Counter Sales Personnel.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper manpower availability.
- Receive and verify daily stock coming from the Central Kitchen.
- Maintain proper records of stock received, sold, damaged, and wastage.
- Monitor product availability and ensure the counter is adequately stocked.
- Maintain daily sales reports and share them with higher management.
- Monitor daily sales performance and work towards achieving store targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through channels and initiatives instructed by higher management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the Central Kitchen and management for stock requirements.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, housekeeping, hygiene, and overall store discipline.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.
- Take responsibility for achieving sales, operational, and customer service targets.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Store Manager / Outlet Manager / Retail Manager, preferably in a bakery, café, restaurant, QSR, or retail environment.
- Strong sales and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of stock management and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for store operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food & retail environment.
- Knowledge of POS/billing(PET POOJA) software will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in bakery or food retail operations will be preferred.
